Our refreshing electrolyte drink is for everyone and is now available caffeine free! Whether you're an avid runner, partake in races, gym goer, or someone who tends to sweat a lot, this product is for you. This electrolyte drink is meant to replenish and rehydrate you. Throw it in your water jug and take it with you!

Ingredients

Vitamin C

• Water soluble essential nutrient which means it needs to be consumed in your diet.
• Current research suggests its important role in the antioxidant system and minimizing disease risk. *
• Found in fruits and green vegetables.
• Needed for bone structure, iron absorption, skin integrity and immune function.

Vitamin B6

• Water soluble vitamin which means it needs to be consumed in your diet.
• Found naturally in many food sources such as fish, beef liver, potatoes and starchy vegetables.
• Plays a vital role in metabolism and is involved in over 100 enzyme reactions in our body.
• Aids in the breakdown of glycogen into glucose and production of glucose and neurotransmitters.
• Plays a role in cognitive development. *
• Can help alleviate pregnancy nausea and vomiting. *

Vitamin B12

• Largest of the B water soluble vitamins.
• Involved in many metabolic processes such as DNA syntheses, red blood cell production and maintaining appropriate neurological production. *
• Deficiency can lead to anemia and neurological disorders. *
• Found in fortified grains, shellfish, fish, beef and dairy.

Magnesium

• Is a mineral that is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions dealing with metabolism from digestion support to nervous system activity and protein synthesis. *
• Plays a big role in the metabolism is carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
• Helps assist in the ion channels that regulate calcium and potassium flux across the membrane barrier. *
• Research also suggests its role in insulin resistance. *

Potassium

• A mineral present in all tissues in the human body found in intracellular fluid.
• Needed for maintaining fluid volume, concentration gradients and cardiac rhythm. Meaning it pays a role in muscle contraction, water balance in the body and nerve signals *
• Often associated with bananas however, sweet and regular potatoes, beets, watermelon and spinach have higher concentrations of potassium!

Sodium

• Mineral present in all tissues of the body found in extracellular fluid.
• Similar to potassium in maintaining fluid volume, concentration gradients and cardiac rhythm. *
• Plays a vital role in athletic performance. *
• Intakes are usually above recommended intakes in the US which is why our sodium concentrations are lower.

Carb 10

• Gluten free, keto friendly and no GI distress. *
