I am happy with my purchase (white shaker), but I'd like to highlight the customer support of this company. I initially tried purchasing the set of plastic shakers (3) as an add-on to my subscription order, but they didn't arrive with other item in the box. When I contacted 22 Nutrition via email, they promptly initiated a refund & explained the item was out of stock. I opted to purchase the white metal shaker instead, and UPS never delivered it. I'm not sure if it was a new driver that didn't know how to get into the apartment building, but when I looked up the tracking it showed 3 separate delivery attempts where they were "unable to find a secure location." That was strange since most orders get left in my mailbox or the mailroom. It was shipped back to the sender, and when I reached out again to the team here they re-delivered it with no additional shipping costs to me. In every instance I've had to reach out to customer service, it's always been a 10/10 experience.
